Gentle wake-ups
Choose a time and a song. Each morning Koobiba wakes itself and fades the music in softly, never above your volume limit.
Change it while it sleeps
Change what is on a button while Koobiba is asleep or out of reach. Your change is saved and lands by itself the next time it wakes.
Never met with silence
Short, friendly sounds tell your child when a button is empty, when Koobiba is getting sleepy, or when the battery is low.
Capped for little ears
The loudest Koobiba can play is fixed inside the device. No app, setting or curious hand can raise it, and the limit you choose works within it.

Materials & Sustainability
We care deeply about sustainability — it's not an afterthought, it's a priority. At the same time, as a startup finding its footing, we need to rely on plastic material that is EU kid-safe-certified, same as most similar products in the market use.
Once we've found our place in the market, we're committed to exploring more sustainable materials. We don't know yet which will meet both our durability standards and your kids' enthusiasm, but we're determined to find out.
The Story
We created Koobiba when we needed a way for our 2-year-old to play his favourite music whenever he wanted, without handing him a screen. We also wanted an easy way to use the library of MP3s we already owned.
What we found on the market felt frustrating: we'd have to buy extra cards or figurines, create accounts just to get started, upload our own audio through someone else's cloud, carry all the bits around, and buy everything again when something got lost.
That felt like too much work for busy parents. Koobiba is our answer: a simple, screen-free audio player that lets kids press a button and listen to all their favourite audio, while parents stay in control.

You can control the device with the app over WiFi or Bluetooth.
The Koobiba Library, curated stories, music, routines and musical play for the early years, is in development. Its titles, languages and dates are not announced yet, so we can't promise what will be ready at launch, and some of it is planned as optional paid packages that are never needed to use Koobiba.
Your own audio is optional: record your voice, let family record through a link, or add MP3s you already own. Adding your own never costs anything.
Before the official launch, we'll also be running a beta testing program where selected participants will receive engineering sample units at no cost.
