4. Your uploads and user content
- You may upload audio, playlists, artwork, and metadata to use with your Koobiba device and apps (“User Content”). You retain your rights to User Content.
- You grant Koobiba a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, transmit, and process User Content solely to operate and improve the Services and to provide support.
- You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use User Content with the Services.
- We may remove or disable access to User Content that appears to infringe rights or violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or for harmful activity, including infringing others’ rights.
- Upload malware or attempt to access non‑public systems or data.
- Circumvent security, DRM, or technical safeguards.
